Charge 4 Launched By Fitbit In India Which Comes With New Features
The popular fitness tracker, Fitbit has announced its new product which is Fitbit Charge 4. This latest addition by Fitbit is entering Indian market at a time when people are staying in their homes due to the lockdown measures. The design of the Fitbit Charge 4 is quite similar to the last tracker which was introduced, and it also comes with additional features including GPS.
The price of Fitbit Charge 4 is quoted at ₹14,999 in India. ₹16,999 is the price which is quoted for the special variant of this gadget due to its sportier looks. The first tracker from Fitbit, after it was acquired in November 2019 by Google is Charge 4.
The Charge 4 is similar in looks to Charge 3 and it is swim-proof. It also has a battery life of seven days and when GPS is used continuously, the battery life is said to be 5 days. The Charge 4 has a new feature called as Active Zero Minutes which was included due to the recommendations of the American Heart Association as well as World Health Organization. This feature enables the user to meet their targeted goals by keeping track of the number of steps they take and also with the use of a personalized heart rate zones which tracks the effort of heart-pumping activity, which may be a vigorous walk or even Yoga.
The user of Charge 4 will not need to necessarily carry the device due to the inclusion of GPS while during jogging or workout sessions.
A 90-day free trial is being offered by Fitbit Premium Service along with 40 new pieces of free content for the users who purchase Charge 4. The premium service is available in India for ₹819 per month and also for ₹6,999 per year.
