Baseless, Strange: India Criticizes Pakistan Over Imran Khan’s Claim Over Discrimination Against Muslims


India has dismissed Pakistan PM Imran Khan's charges of discrimination against the Muslims in the nation in the background of the coronavirus pandemic. External Affairs Ministry (EAM) commented that the "bizarre comments" was a trial made to shift the focus from the "abysmal handling" of their internal affairs following the accusation made by Imran Khan on the Indian Government for consciously targeting the Muslim community as the world is battling the Coronavirus pandemic.

On Monday, the MEA spokesperson, Anurag Srivastava also pointed out that, this bizarre comments are made by the Pakistan leadership as an attempt for shifting the focus from the abysmal handling of their internal affairs and also told on how they are making baseless allegations against India rather than concentrating on fighting against the pandemic which has affected their country as well.

India’s response came soon after the baseless allegations were made by the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan. India’s response was given by the spokesperson of MEA, Anurag Srivastava who pointed out the allegation made by the Pakistani leader as a baseless and strange.
